OCTOBER 25TH: The last Saturday of the 2014 outdoor Farmers Market is upon us. Come out and enjoy the morning with your neighbors while finding fresh veggies, pork, chicken (order your Holiday Turkey), eggs, baked goods, spices, soaps, crafts and more. Kids – bring your instruments and hatless heads to Family Art at the Market where you can make your own hat for our Annual Hat Parade. Hat making will start at 10:00 under the pavilion and the parade will take place in the market at 11:45.
November 1st and each Saturday after that you can find the Winter Market indoors at the Community Table from 10:00 – 1:00. The Table is located just over the Bridge and through the playground from our outdoor location on Central Street just below the pool. The Market has had greens and other winter veggies year round for the past six years and we are on the path to continuing this tradition. If you grow a winter garden and would like to sell at the Market this winter please contact Jenny at 399-0290.
Ramona Wilson, daughter of Emily Wilson, styling her hat during the Market’s Annual Hat Parade marking the end of the outdoor season and the start of the indoor market season. Starting November 1st you can find the Market at the Community Table from 10:00 – 1:00.
